Sengoku is the pride of Yamabuki boys' tennis team. His innate talent in tennis allows him to be considered as one of the most strongest players in the country. He is a happy-go-lucky guy with a strong tennis sense and extremely sharp eyes able to discern fast moving balls. Sengoku believes that he is also very lucky, thus having the nickname "Lucky Sengoku". However his "luck" doesn't seem to work out well with girls.

My thoughts of Sengoku:
Sengoku is Sengoku. He's not one of my favorite characters, but I remember him more than I do some of the other characters. I don't like the fact that he's always chasing after girls (or at least that's what it seems like). I liked the match he had against Kamio Akira (probably more because of Kamio). Lucky Sengoku seems to be a little unlucky though. Oh well. Best of luck to him anyways.

Note: Toriumi, the voice of Sengoku, is adorable. If you watch Tenipuri Perfect Live, he starts to imitate Kikumaru Eiji, Echizen Ryoma, and then Tezuka Kunimitsu. Good times. Also, I don't think the English dub is to the part where Yamabuki comes in therefore he doesn't have an American voice actor.
