If you cannot fill out all this information at the time, don't worry about it. Just fill in as much as you can. When/if you get the rest of the information finished, you can just contact me with the rest of it.
Upon receiving the message, you will be e-mailed asking if you have a picture for your OC and to attach it if you do. Pictures that were not drawn by you or by someone who you've requested to draw your character (only accepted if you get permission to use art and you provide a link to them for credit) will only be accepted. I will not accept any art that was just found online (or screenshot edits). Please understand.
If you say that you do not have a reference picture, I will ask if you'd like a quick sketch drawn by me (no color).
